These exercise use a therapeutic resistance band securely
shut in to a door.
External Rotation Internal Rotation
Pendulum Swing
Make sure you are only moving the shoulder and not the elbow and wrist.
Caution
If you have an injury or are unsure, please check these stretches with your D.C. or specialist. Do not stretch to the point of pain. Stretches should be gentle and slow, never bouncy.
