Shirley's Story 1.  How did you find out about the Chiropractic Care Center?  Dr. Sweet's father told my son, who in turn told me about Dr. Sweet.  I feel very lucky to have met him, he has helped me so  much.   2.   What were your symptoms that encouraged you to try chiropractic care?  Stiff neck, with about 30% usage. Terrible pressure in the face. It felt like an infection, jaws were achy, sinuses had lots of pressure and  they wouldn't drain.     3. What was your first impression of the care you received?           I was impressed and felt very comfortable with what he believed             in.  He was on my level of healing your body.         4. How are your symptoms different, and what else have you seen        improved?           He is adjusting the subluxations of my facial and cranial bones.             Movement of my neck improved from 30% to 60%. Pressure in             my face had improved by 60% and my sinuses are draining             well. Headaches are now seldom and the infections is slowly             going away and my vision has improved all in 3 months.   Shirley's Update Last winter I was in so much pain I couldn't be out in the cold air. When I did go I wrapped my face and cried with the pain. I have had this problem for years with the answer from the medical community it's chronic, we cant help you. Now I walk all the time in the cold and it feels good!

I have much more energy and I am much                     happier with life!

Marcia's Family My original symptoms started with numbness and tingling down my left arm. My throat spasmed and I had great difficulty breathing. After coming in for adjustment 3 time a week for two weeks the numbness was gone! My breathing was improved so much. I didn't even realize I was having difficulty taking a full breath until I had started treatments. Because I was so please with how I'd been feeling with the adjustments I had my kids start treatments also. My oldest didn't have full motion in her pelvis which made running difficult. Since we have started adjustments, she now can move her legs and pelvis to be able to run more freely. My second child held his breath in his sleep for brief moments and snored terribly. He has also had allergies problems for a few year. I truly believe because of the adjustments he no longer holds his breath or snores, and his allergy problems are better. My youngest also receives treatment. Before her ears always felt like they were draining, and she had mild allergy problems, that has also cleared up with adjustments. I believe in chiropractic are for our whole family. Our family has seen amazing results and we will continue to maintain great health!

Maiya Story 1.How did you find out about the Chiropractic Care Center?       I came with my mother and sister when they were        going to get adjusted.   2. What were your symptoms that encouraged you to try chiropractic care?       My daughter was 3 months old and had rubbed a bald spot on the back of her head after her neck was  twisted and (popped) during birth.   3. What was your first impression of the care you received?      She stopped rubbing her head and crying when she was lying down. Her hair began to re-grow!   4. How are your symptoms different, and what else have you seen improve?                        She doesn't have any problems with her neck anymore     and her hair is all grown back in! She is very well      adjusted now!

Katherine's Story 1. How did you find out about the Chiropractic Care Center? I was having one of my horrible headaches while I drove by the Chiropractic Care Center. I saw their banner about headaches and made an appointment. 2. What were you symptoms that encouraged you to try chiropractic care? I got my first migraine in the 4th grade. I have suffered from tension and migraine headaches for years. 3. What was your first impression of the care you received? I will admit I was unsure how I felt about chiropractic care. I had never  had an adjustment. I felt very comfortable with the doctor and was excited to try something new to relieve my pain. 4. How are your symptoms different and what else have you seen improve? It took a couple of weeks and then it happened. I didn't have pain  I waited for my headaches to come back AND THEY HAVEN'T!  I can't believe how much this changed my life. It's been 2 1/2 months with no headaches!

John's Story How did you find out about the Chiropractic Care Center? A kind checker at a local grocery store pointed out that the center was just up the street.      2. What were you symptoms that encouraged you to try            chiropractic care? I don't want to sound like a baby but the pain in my lower back and legs was terrible. I could hardly walk. It was also causing digestive problems, bathroom issues and urinary problems.                               3.   What was your first impression of the care you received? Despite my condition, the reception made me feel welcome with a cheerful "Oh, yes we accept medicare, and walk-ins"                         4. How are your symptoms different and what else have you seen                       improve? The back and leg pain has completely disappeared. I am eating very well. The urinary problems have greatly improved and , embarrassing enough, my sexual function has returned.

Carole's Story How did you find out about the Chiropractic Care Center? I saw the banner on the building "We specialize in headaches."      2. What were you symptoms that encouraged you to try            chiropractic care? I was having horrible headache that never stopped. I had an awful pressure in my head, a loud roaring noise, my ears and jaw ached, my eyes hurt. I was very sensitive to light. The top of my head felt like it would explode if I bent over.                               3.   What was your first impression of the care you received? The first two or three visits didn't really help, but then gradually the pain started easing up and it just kept getting better and better.                         4. How are your symptoms different and what else have you seen                        improve? I don't have any headaches and I feel better than I have in probably a year. My pain is gone, I have my life back. I simplest little things like leaning forward to tie my shoes are now possible. I am once again able to do housework, gardening, and even walking with out any pain. I bicycle and take fiddle lessons (the screeching doesn't even bother me). I am able to once again resume Pilates and other exercises. Damien's Story 1. How did you find out about the Chiropractic Care Center? I found out about the Chiropractic Care Center from my friend Scott Pierson who has been very happy about the benefits and improvement in his health since he started seeing Dr. Sweet. 2. That were your symptoms that encouraged you to try chiropractic care? Since I started taking medication for HIV my health improved but I was left with the side effects of the prescription drugs. I had major diarrhea that would make me worry every time I had to sneeze or laugh, after a few weeks it would turn into constipation and revert after a week back to diarrhea. Also the headaches that I would get every night after taking my meds would last well into the next morning and sometimes for more than a day at a time. These headaches put me in a bitter mood and started to affect my relationships with friends and co-workers. The worst side effect for me was the extremely yellow eyes because it was something no matter how hard I tried to hide I could do nothing about it. People everywhere would notice it and make comments. After months I found myself trying not to make eye contact with people because I was self conscious about it.  3. What was your first impression of the care you received? My meeting with Doctor Sweet was very though he took the time to listen to my symptoms explained how chiropractic care worked and how the body can heal itself. After taking some X-Rays I could see how out of alignment my spine and atlas were.  4. How are your symptoms different, and what else have you seen improve? After about of month of chiropractic care things are amazing. The headaches are completely gone. My yellow eyes are nearly gone, when they start to come back I know that I need to have my atlas adjusted and they will be better the very next day. I don’t have near the problem I used to have with the diarrhea or constipation, if I have any at all it only last for one day. One of the things that improved is that I am sleeping so much better than I ever used to, I get a full night’s sleep and wake up refreshed for a new day. Doctor Sweet also invited me to attend a health lecture; the time that he took to go over the pillars of health and how attain true healing made a huge difference. After the lecture he took the time to go deeper into the supplements and nutrition that have helped me in my specific situation with my HIV. My sister was at a hair salon across the street from the office and she told me that I should go and see if anyone could help me with my problems. 2. The office was very professional and concerned about the pain I was in.
